Prior to joining Prime, Peter co-founded Eaton Capital Partners, where he specialised in mid-market mergers and acquisitions transactions, capital raisings and interim company secretarial and CFO roles.
He previously held senior financial management positions for organisations operating in complex international environments for more than 25 years, including 15 at CFO level. These roles were in diverse sectors ranging from legal and professional services, engineering and infrastructure, to overseas development assistance and telecommunications.
Peter’s career has included positions at ASX listed diversified services firm Cardno where he was CFO (International Division), CFO of International Management Consulting firm WDScott, CFO of International Development Consultancy Firm ACIL Australia, and Deputy Finance Director at OXFAM Australia, following earlier Management Accounting roles at Cable and Wireless in London and Telstra.
Most recently, he was interim CFO of AF Legal through its listing on the ASX in June 2019 and first reporting season. Peter is an experienced corporate advisor, company director and technical finance specialist, who is an accredited Business Valuation specialist (CA ANZ).
