Paul is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent. He has more than 20 years’ experience working with SMEs, growing businesses and start-ups across a number of industries, both locally and foreign owned. He specialises in tax advisory with a particular focus on structuring, capital gains tax, and ESOP as well as business services including virtual CFO and board reporting for a broad range of clients.
