Panos has 15 years of property development experience, having served as Managing Director for Lucent, a boutique residential development business, as well as General Manager for a large family property development business with a focus on construction and delivery. Throughout his career, Panos has delivered over 1,300 dwellings, overseen $600M in construction works, and achieved a gross realisation of $715M in property value. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Management, attention to detail and analysis are key to his ability to understand and identify opportunities. Panos is also a Board Member of St John's College (Preston) and chairs the Building Subcommittee.
