Panos has 15 years of property development experience as Managing Director for Lucent a boutique residential development business as well as working as General Manager for a large family property development business focus on construction and delivery.
Through his own business and working life, Panos has delivered over 1300 dwellings, overseen $600M in construction works, and a Gross realisation of $715M in property value. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering / Engineering management detail and analysis are key to understanding opportunities.
Panos is also a Board Member of St Johns College (Preston) and chairs the building subcommittee.
