Under Natalie's leadership the group’s award-winning specialised meetings and events business, cievents, grew to become the largest events agency in Asia Pacific. Natalie founded Barefoot Citizens Consulting in 2020, the specialised ESG consultancy now part of Prime.
Natalie has worked with some of the world’s largest listed companies, pioneering industry-first technologies and operational models, and delivering people engagement and strategic growth into key markets.
