Grant brings over 28 years experience in corporate advisory, investment banking, M&A, corporate law, strategy, corporate venturing, and operations across diverse sectors (including media, technology, consumer internet/eCommerce, and biotech). Having lived and worked in South Africa, Australia, the UK, and the USA, he brings a global perspective to his work.
Formerly a Managing Director at LionTree in New York, he has also held positions at Qurate Retail Group (Liberty Media), News Corp, Accenture, and King & Wood Mallesons.
Throughout his career, Grant has played a pivotal role in advising on or leading A$16bn+ worth of transactions, encompassing public and private company deals. His experience encompasses mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings (debt and equity), recapitalisations, and IPOs, both as an advisor and principal.
In addition to his business acumen, Grant holds qualifications as a lawyer in Australia (NSW & QLD).
